Rental Process

Step1: Select your piano

Choose the piano above which is best suited to your needs. Then click on the "Click Here to Rent!" link for that piano.

Step 2: Fill Out Our Online Rental Form

In this step, you will select you color and style preferences, accept the terms of the rental contract  (Click here to see rental agreement),  and provide credit card, billing and delivery information.

Step 3: Set-Up Delivery Date

When we receive your completed Rental Form and payment, we will contact you by phone or email to set up a convenient delivery date. You may also contact us at any time to set up your delivery. Just call  404-329-0026 or e-mail Rentals@cooperpiano.com

Rental Rules and Regulations

  • Private Homes Only
  • Atlanta Metro Area Only
  • All Rentals Subject To Availability.
  • There is a one-time Prep, Delivery and Pickup Fee of $198. Also, there is a $100 stair and second floor charge in addition to the standard delivery charge. There is no stair charge for delivery of digital instruments. If you have any questions about the condition of these rental instruments, please discuss it with our associates at 404-329-0026, when arranging delivery. There is a $149 charge for deliveries that are refused.
  • Cooper Music reserves the right to determine when a situation is too dangerous for a safe piano delivery.  In such cases, only digital pianos will be available for rent.
  • If you do not qualify for this program or for information about corporate events, special events or special circumstance rentals, please see our Special Event Rental page.

Rental Credit Towards Purchase Info

You must spend a minimum of the retail/insurance value of our rental piano in order to use their rental credits towards any purchase.

Insurance value is stated on original documentation provided upon delivery, and value varies according to the type of piano selected.
